Terrible Service/ Customer support

Good day

I've owned my KIC fridge for a year now and the door has gone loose. i called the customer service and i was promised the technician would be present before 3pm on the 9th of October and today is the 20th of October and still nothing has happened. I've spoken to the manager of Whirlpool yet nothing has materialized.
