TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I have received the worst customer service I have every experienced. I bought a KIC fridge from Builder (who were great) but unfortunately for them the fridge was dented. I was then dealing with KIC who replaced my brand new (dented) fridge with what seems to be a second hand fridge, there are scratches all over the back and side and even tape holding the bottom together.

If you are looking for poor quality products and a company that does not respond or respect their customers then this is the company for you.

1 star is even too much for them, I honestly wish I could have given them negative 5 stars.
