Terrible after sales service

I bought a fridge from Game Cape gate. It is still under warranty and stopped working. It is a KIC product. I reported it 21 Feb 2020. After numerous calls via Game to KIC and promises made by KIC to call, no one have called in a week and fridge not repaired. Very bad service from Game and KIC. In fact no response at all. Don't Ever buy a KIC product!
