SICK OF EXCUSES AND LIES

I placed a service call on Friday 01 October 2020 With Lerato Makgetha Boksburg branch. I got a call from a service agent on Monday he said he don't do the area. On Tuesday Rodger Sibanda KJ200679 the Technician called said he needed directions to my house. I gave him that. I have been calling this guy and he does not answer. My fridge is brand new I have relocated to Brits and now this fridge doesnt work it just doesnt get cold. I had a rude lady from KIC call me today 07\10\2020 to say that the technician will be sorting out my fridge today.....OOOOOO KIC I AM STILL WAITING....LIKE REALLY...I AM SURE YOU GONNA PAY FOR ALL THE STUFF THAT HAS GONE OFF IN MY FRIDGE. WHO PAYS FOR THAT????? GET YOUR TECHNICIAN OUT I AM TIRED OF ASKING
