Rusted KIC fridge

The KIC fridge I bought 2 and half years ago is already rusting. I have purchased fridges before and they never rusted until I gave them away to friends and relatives. I sent a compliant via ***. I was told that they would investigate and update me. I have since not heard from KIC, since then.
