Poor service/response time

Good day

My fridge is a year old and under warranty, the door went loose and i called KIC on the 9th of October and i've been told each day the technician will come before 3pm, it is now the 20th of October and still nothing has happened. I've spoken to the manager and she promised the matter would be resolved in an hour yet 4 hours later she has insisted that she is too busy with other calls and that i will have to wait.

The service i've received is ********** and unacceptable
