POOR SERVICE WHIRLPOOL!! KIC !!!

I bought a whirlpool washing machine/dryer from Game in Gateway in December 2019 (7 months ago). I bought for my retired parents, and because the salesman said whirlpool after sales service was so good.. ha ha! My folks moved to the midlands now, and the machine shows error H2o and the door will not open once shut. As can be seen from the attached,the machine is under warrantee. I have emailed kic/whirlpool for a technician to come out and fix the error,but Shamiela from whirlpool is LESS than helpful!!!! She responds to all 5 emails of mine with more questions, and makes it almost impossible to get help?????? It seems whirlpool make a warrantee claim SO impossible, and not worth pursuing?! I cannot see myself buying another KIC or whirlpool product again!!!
