POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND DELAY TECTICS

KIC Appliances in BEdforview poor service. I bought a whirlpool dishwasher from Hirsch Appliance store and within the first week reported a problem. They referred me to KIC Appliances and its been 6 months with 3 technicians coming out all agreeing that the machine is faulty and doesn't dry the dishes correctly. KIC changes the reports of the technicians. Finally, a senior inhouse technician comes out and still they cant solve the issue. Thye promised replacement or a full credit and 6 m0pnths later: NOTHING
