Pathetic service

I bought a Kic fridge from Makro. Just to discover on delivery that the thread of one of the feet was stripped. Kic sent out a technician to have it fixed (by placing a piece of plastic in the hole), needless to say it did not work. After another week of struggle to get someone from management out to come and inspect the fridge, they made an appointment, but never showed up. Next day I phoned and got no answer. Eventually Makro replaced my fridge and said that they will deal with Kic as they could also not get hold of them. Thank you makro for the good service from your side.
