Pathetic after sales service

I waited nearly a year for hi fi corp to actually get someone to come have a look at my KIC fridge freezer. The seals have pulled away and I cannot use the freezer as it freezes up after two days of defrosting. Its been a month and 10 days and now KIC is delaying the fixing. Stating the will exchange the fridge freezer. I am still waiting and getting no response from either companies. What do I need to do to be able to live like a normal person with meat in my freezer???? You guys can phone a million times for us to accept the deal but after sales service sucks!!!!!
