Malfunctioning kicfridge from game store

The kic fridge bought from game online has many malfunctions. Ranging from bulb flicking like a car indicator to sparks which scares me most. I have called them to come fetch and refund me but the delaying .all I wanna know now is, is it until I get burnt in my home by their frdge that they will attend to NY corpse? I don't need a repair or exchange because I have discovered this brand of fridge has manufacturing errors. Please come fetch your fridges and refund me.
