KIC Refrigerator

I bought a frigde at Game King williams town on the 24th of January 2023, a KIC brand.

I'm so frustrated and furious with this brand called KIC. For starters when I got at home with the fridge it was not working and I was told to send an email in order for them to send a technician, I did that. Technician came and advised that it was a compressor that was not working and the Refrigerator has to be replaced. I'm so ashamed with the service I received from KIC, 1 they are taking time to sort this matter out as things stand I don't know where I am going to put the medicine because it needs to be on fridge all the time, that is the main reason that made me to buy that fridge on the other hand KIC is doing dally dalling with replacing the fridge. I regret buying this brand on the other side consultant that attended to me today was very rude on the phone. If I were to buy anything again, i would never in my life choose this brand again because they are failing us as clients and their service is very poor. It's been over a week having a useless fridge that is not working. I regret the day I chose to buy this brand.
