I got the fridge in May 2020. The light bulb went off. When i feel it, it’s broken. I reach out to the help center, they tell me “You turn the bulb clockwise”. The bulb is BEHIND some enclosed case-looking thing so it’s not easy to gran it. PLUS, it’s broken. The globe keeps breaking when I try to turn it?!

They say then can send a technician… for a call out fee of R650.00 Excl vat and spare parts will apply??? To change a fridge bulb? This is insane.

KIC need to make appliances that are easy to operate from home and not have to call a technician just to change a bulb cos it’s allocated all the way at the back of a bridge.
