KIC Oven not well made

1st time I've ever bought yr product. I'm highly disappointed KIC Oven KHB604IX bought 11/12/17 fm Hirchs Meadowdale - electronic programmer faulty R2,600 to replace!!! R u kidding me!!!! Shocking really AND not only is the replacement price insane you don't even hve stock in SA. Why can't the oven be fixed? Why was I never told when purchasing the oven the electronic programmer cld become faulty? Why was I told that if it did it cld not be repaired & wld not to be replaced!!! Lousy service. Since when do ovens only last 3 yrs?? Not on at all!!!
