KIC NO MORE!!!!!

My bake element for my KIC stove stopped working. I had to run around finding a place you have this element but no appliance place could assist or tried to help. Eventually i found an electrical place who was willing to assist but had to specially order a element to be made, where in hell can a appliance that is 3 years old not have parts!!!! Now that it has been made they now want to charge me an huge fee, just like that. I am not happy any more with KIC products.
