KIC KBF638/1ME WATER 344L

I want KIC / OK Furnitures Swellendam to refund me for the fridge that I bought that they knew was a noisy batch and did not care to take it off the shelves or to inform me of the problem that it has. I am struggeling for weeks now. I am so fed up with this situasion that I actually took back my fridge to the store, but still no refund. They have to pay for their fault, not me.
