KIC home appliances are selling faulty equipment

Purchased a brand new KIC fridge from Game and it was faulty from the beginning, it was then fixed by an independent qualified tech and 10 months on same thing happens. Was just told by someone there (a woman) apparently at the tech department, that it was PROBABLY a faulty fridge. Pity I didn't get her name
