KIC FRIDGE ****

I bought a KIC fridge from HiFi Corp but it is not working properly. The bottom freezer panels don't freeze and the top part of the fridge is barely cold. I have tried to contact HiFi with no success. I app**** on the KIC website for customer/repair request and a week later I'm still waiting for an email to confirm that it was received. This is very dissapointing
