KIC Fridge over freezing

Hi,

We bought a fridge in Nov2017 and within the same month freezing issue started? The freezer part, freeze excessively and pushes the door open after a while. The technician came out thrice and eventually a new fridge was delivered. We also bought a washing machine and even this had issues. However we are still experiencing the same issue. We are unable to make use of the freezer part due to the excessive. I'm really fed up with this product as I have a Defy fridge that's 14years old which haven't given me any issues till this day.

I have to unplug and defrost every 2nd week. I'm stuck with a useless product.
