KIC fridge, not the best on the market.

I bought a KIC fridge. When I was delivered, it did not work at all. The agent wanted me to buy another fridge that was smaller and more expensive. I contacted the factory and they sent a technician to rectify the problem. The amount of work he has done let we wonder about the quality control in the factory. But then the fridge was VERY noisy and spilled a lot of water every day. I contacted the factory again and they are ignoring me point blank although they have acknowledge my writing to them on 11 Feb 2020. In the end I will have to buy a new fridge and donate the KIC to a local squatter camp nearby. I will NEVER buy a KIC again. I think it is the worse fridge ever.
