KIC fridge

I bought a KIC fridge last year December at Game store Nelspruit within 3 weeks the frost in the freezer has build up to a point that the door wouldn't not close anymore we cleaned the fridge within 3 weeks again the frost built up again I went back to the store to complain they logged a call technician did come to check the fridge after he told within 3 days I must go back to the store where I bought the fridge he will send a report to the store n I did that finding out that's not how it works they called defy the technical in his report wrote that we are the 1 who broke the fridge at our age how e can we break a fridge they logged another call the same technician came to the house for the 2nd time he was ruined never greeted us he opened the fridge and said what's your problem now I told him the same thing I did the first time he came after opening the fridge he close it went out to his car we thought his going to fetch something he was going no explaining to us what's Is the problem what must we i went to game store for 5th time still we are not assisted
