KIC Fridge

Horrible when you buy a Fridge cash, and constantly need to get the Technicians out to fix the fridge due to it Freezing up the fridge compartment and over freezing the freezing compartment. Quick to send out a Tech but how many times must a technician fix an appliance before you acknowledge that the appliance itself is faulty. For such a huge brand name I cannot understand that as a consumer I need to sit with a faulty product and they do not acknowledge responsibility for the fridge being a dud. The plastic drawers inside the freezing compartment the biggest load of ****, when the over freezing happens pushing the drawer to the front causing the door not to close and as soon as you try an open the drawers the clips break, nothing gets made to last years!!!...Then they say its my fault it over freezes but the tech himself set the temperature dial inside the fridge. Tired of phoning constantly for repairs and told them to replace it but they keep on logging new calls for fixing it...WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HAVE A DEFY FRIDGE I BOUGHT SECOND HAND IN MY HOME WITH ABSOLOTELY NO ISSUES AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A KIC APPLIANCE.
