KIC Freezer

Bought a KIC Freezer on 23rd August. Problems from first day. Does not freezer properly and door does not seal. Technician was told to put Vaseline round door. Today 24th October, it was exchanged, still the same problem. The worst freezer ever. The company I bought the freezer from, tried their best to fix the problem. What does KIC suggest?
