Kic don't care about customers that's why their rating is so low

My fridge had a manufacturer default. Discovered it after a year when someone told me it shouldn't be like that. I didn't know. Kic says they don't make that fridge anymore and instead of replacing it with a similar fridge, I mean they are a manufacturer, they want to refund me only and after a year I can never get a fridge for that price. And I don't have the money to add to buy a more expensive fridge. They a manufacturer, they can easily replace with similar fridge, but they honestly don't care
