I purchased a KIC fridge and received an IC

 I purchased a fridge at Game Stores which is in Durban Central and it a day before the Black Friday special and after the number of days the fridge was delivered on time.  In the second week of January the fridge stop operating, so I went on line to lodge a complaint with KIC the and Game Stores for a quick response time, further more I called and left messages for the salesman, a representative from Games and KIC and the response continued over a week to response.  As a customer I suffered loss for consumer able that were in this fridge, the response time, the product support and the failure to notify me the customer.  A second fridge was delivered as a replacement after two week, I unwrapped it after delivery long after delivery crew left, to my surprise, I inspected the fridge and I noticed that the plug cable was a little longer than the previous fridge and the letter (K) was missing from the emblem, it is now IC fridge brand name instead of KIC.  The conclusion is what happened to the final quality standards or is it because our Honorable members can be bribed and because it’s dark Africa and companies do not care.  Game Stores is a subsidiary of Mass Mart and Wal-Mart Stores companies with International standards.  KIC is a brand name that is protected by a trademark.  KIC is a product that is protected by a design patent.  KIC is further supported by its engineers and owners of product and service.  KIC should also be protected by standards regulatory agencies.  KIC should also be protected by manufacturing legislation to manufacturer house hold products.  KIC has a (CEO) chief executive officer which is fully responsible for compliance, procedures, standards and the daily management of the company and must report to its owners and shareholders.  KIC is mandated to extend its warranty to the customer as defined in its design specifications and standards.  KIC should we equipped in advance manufacturing, forth revolution manufacturing solutions and artificial intelligence and state of the art of manufacturing intelligence.
