FAULTY FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED YET

Late last year we informed OK Furniture Mbekweni in Wellington that the KIC refrigerator we bought by them are faulty. They send out a KIC agent whom confirmed that the fridge is faulty and will be replaced with another one by OK Furniture. It's been more than 3 months and we have not received the replacement yet. More than a month ago they called my mother telling her that the fridge will be delivered the next day, which never happened, after my mother unpacked the fridge and switched it off. Every when we call them to ask when the replacement refrigerator will be delivered they say "today" or "tomorrow".(this has been going on for a few week now). Up to today we have not received or heard from them regarding the replacement which did not happen yet. This is totally unacceptable.
