Faulty fridge

I bought a kic fridge at fairprice lakeside Benoni in September which was not cooling on arrival,I went to the ship to report it and they called kic,technician was booked and he came and fixed it,that was already alarming why should a brand new fridge be fixed,the fridge then was abnormally cold,in a way that apples that were in it changed colour and became brown. I reported again,job number was allocated,technician came and said the fridge is fine,days went by,ice started to build up on the top shelf,I reported again,consultant who was talking to the lady from the shop didn't seem to be taking what the lady was,she ended up telling the consultant to talk to me and he came up to be very rude when I was asking how many times must the fridge be fixed until they decide either to change it or I get a refund because it had been fixed many times before for a brand new fridge.he was making phrases such as "omg' when confronted he denied being rude saying the calls are recorded.technician came changed the thing that regulates temperature,the following day ice is built up again,I'm already fed up with their services,the lady at the shop is doing everything she can but kic is really giving me problems
