Faulty Appliances

Good day,<br> <br> In 2011my boyfriend bought a KIC fridge freezer at game I can't remember exactly for how much but my sister bought one as well not sure exactly when.So my problem is for the 2 years it was under guarantee it worked well but as soon that the guarantee expired the bottom part gave in i've tried so many ways to fix it regassed but it only worked for a while now this weekend it suddenly it stopped working altogether i mean really,is a fridge not suppose to have a long life expansion i know my sister-in-law has a Coolmaster and her fridge is 9 years old as well as my eldest sister she has a Defy and hers is 16 years old so i have mine for a maximum of 3 to 4 years and it gives problems i mean the other sister whom also bought the same fridge as i is also having the same problems so what do we do in this regard cause the same thing happened to both of us is KIC's products then not up to standard then they should warn us about the quality of their products so we know in future not to buy them now i'm sitting with a problem and i have a 6month old baby. I mean this is a ripp-off.I am so dissapointed and sad cause really now life is expensive and then to get fooled like this.<br>
