Don't deal with these guys

I contacted KIC, and asked them for the LOA for a product. It is a certificate issued to confirm that the product may be sold in South Africa. The receptionist, who had no idea what was going on had various attempts to transfer me to the Spares department. No matter how I fought and argued, this was her single skill.
