DONT BUY KIC WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES

On principle I will never ever ever buy Whirlpool or KIC appliances again just in case something goes wrong and you have to deal with them direct as their agents don't exist anymore. I think they go out of their way to employ the dumbest people at customer service and its been months of headaches and frustration to get a damn freezer lid which they now sent without brackets and since a part is still on the freezer, I cannot get established if that remainder is complete or not so can't order the brackets and get the thing fixed. They just have zero logic, zero understanding and zero savvy. So so so very frustrating.
