Dissapointed with the poor quality of fridges

In September my husband and I bought a KIC fridge. After only a few days it started making terrible noises which were so bad it kept us up at night.

We struggled a long time with Game, where we bought the fridge at to let us know what we have to do about the issue. They finally told us to contact KIC and report the issue. After contacting them we waited way to long for consultant to come out to us to have a look. Finally someone came and they replaced the fridge.

Few days later the fridge started making the same noises. We figured that's what a KIC fridge sounds like and didn't do anything more. Early January the rubber on both the fridge and freezer started not sealing anymore. Now our freezer freezes up all the time. We tried to contact Game where we bought it, with no succeess. They are too "busy" to even answer our calls.

We are fed up with all the issues the KIC fridge provides us with and with people who can't correspond professionally.
