Disgusted

So i bought a fridge in februarie at game they did not have the fridge for me that i wanted so they orderd it trough KIC 8t got deliverd the folowing week i plugged it in it did not work

I reported it game send a technician from KIC they said its the Gas it worked for 3 days

I reported it again and since then no one has come to check the fridge i have contacted even the technician I have a broken fridge paid almst R4000 lost a whole months groceries and still no help

Im not blameing Game im so dissapointed in KIC

If they dont know whats wrong just replace it

Im a pensioner and this is so dissapointing
