Damaged good from kic

I bought a front loader washing machine from kic through takealot end of September 2022. The machine was delivered to me beginning of October. When I started using it, I realized that water was leaking from it but I couldn't locate the place where the water was coming from. I logged a call to the company and they sent a technician to do the investigation. The machine was less that a month old when the technician came. When He opened it, we realized that there was a big whole inside the machine which caused water to leak when the machine was spinning. The Technician wrote a report of his finding which o also have a copy of which he subsequently submitted to the supplier. Few days later I received an email from a call centre agent telling me that I damaged the machine and the warranty does not cover the damaged caused. He said on his email that according to the technician report the damage was caused by the transporting brackets which I did not remove, of which he **** about it because that statement was not on the technicians report. I had to share what I have on the report submitted by their technician to prove him wrong because he didn't realize that I have a copy. He then sent me old picture from an old machine which he claimed were mine at the time. I told him that I will not accept those because the pictures were not taken from my machine. They told me they can't fix my machine nor replace it and I have to pay the cost to get it fixed or buy another machine at a reduced fee which is very high for me. This was the worst service I received from this company and I feel ******. I then received an email from the call center supervisor telling me that they made the decision based on their opinion but not the report submitted by their technician. According to them they still insist that I did not remove the transporting bolts when I started using the machine. I told them multiple times that the bolts were removed and the technician did not find the. When he came for the investigation. I feel like I just threw my money down the drain and this has really frustrated me. I wouldn't recommend products from kic to anyone because they don't care about their customers.
