On Sunday I went onto the KIC website as I needed information as to where I could purchase an oven door for an oven I purchased and damaged when installing. Again on Tuesday I went on and asked the same question and indicated that this was my second enquiry. Still I have not received any feedback from this company. If they do not have people looking at the emails coming from there website they should close that section of there website.
