Complain

I bought the fridge in 2021 and they told me the fridge is having warrant of 5 years. The sales Person never told me about I have to register the fridge online. Now my fridge is not working. They told me, they can not fix it because its not registered. I bought my fridge at Game somerset Mall. Customer service was very bad the lady was also rude to me we were speaking over the phone.
