Buy a Defy not KIC, you'll save yourself much frustration

I purchased 2 570L KIC freezers. Since day 1 there's been issues. While KIC comes out every time you log a ticket, they don't fix the issue, but their support team seems to be good at closing the tickets without it actually being fixed - I guess so they're ratings will look good. Also zero feedback while you wait indefinitely on parts ordered, and they never log the complaint correctly, so nothing gets done properly. I have a Defy as well - I wouldn't know about their support service as the unit doesn't need support. My advice is buy Defy, and don't get involved with KIC's after sales service.
