bad service ever!

<p>bad service indeed! i bought a kic fridge at game jabulane mall last 23 june 2016,only to find out that they sell ..i dont know what to call it.but hey the fridge only worked for 3 months,they brought a technician to check it and it worked for another 3 months them boom! its topped working again,i my self called their call center and was given a ref number to say they will send a technician, that was the beggining of december until today am still waiting for that technician,i dont wabnt their product anymore,they even told me that where am staying is far and technician dont want to come to my area,I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE A BOARD ON THEIR FRIDGES TO SAY PEOPLE WHO STAYS IN RURAL AREAS MUST NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS BECUSE THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE VIP AND DONT GO TO THE BUNDUS!.I WANT THAT FRIDGE OUT OF OUR HOUSE OR A NEW FRIDGE!</p>
