Misleading information

Rudy van Diermen,, is working for Kibo Properties. My son bought property from this estate agent. BUT be sure you see all documentation before you sign anything. If you buy and there are tenants in the place, ask for the rental contract. He told us that the tenants in a flat has an active contract only till end of December 2017. To our surprise, the tenants have a contract till end of May 2018. This means a financial loss for me, as well as someone need to look for another place to stay. You call him... and then after that he ignores you calls. Be on the watch out!!!!!!
