it is actually funny how you post about AGM's and the last time you have had an AGM at our complex was in 2022, staff does not reply to emails and queries and when they do reply its a generic answer and does not answer questions that is been asked. I would not recommend this property agent to anyone, taking decisions without the owners consent or discussions.
