Worse nightmare. Don't rent or buy any property that is managed by them

KIBO GROUP WORSE NIGHTMARE.. always check if they manage the place you're buying or renting before you sign on those doted lines. Worse company to ever manage properties. They dont do their job when it comes to utility and rip tanents off. All the properties they manage are worse managed. NOAH'S VILLAGE ESTATE being one of them.

They do not care about their tanents. I do not understand why anyone will ever appoint them to manage their development. The place is advertised with a pool but it is always closed off. Prepaid electricity and prepaid water is rigged.

Because of this company I now trust anything that people say when they review a place or a product. Because I have experienced this first hand
