Sydney Park Complex, Boksburg

I regret to inform you that my experience at Sydney Park in Boksburg managed by Kibo has been far from satisfactory. It is with great disappointment that I address the numerous issues I have encountered during my stay.

First and foremost, the level of noise pollution within the complex is utterly unbearable. Residents seem to have no regard for others, often blasting music at ear-splitting volumes until the untimely hour of 2am, even on weekdays! It has become impossible to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep or focus on any task within the confines of my own home due to this ongoing disturbance.

Furthermore, the overall condition of the complex is nothing short of appalling. The maintenance and cleanliness are severely lacking, leaving the premises in an unkempt and shabby state. It is disheartening to witness the evident neglect and lack of care for both the interior and exterior areas of the complex. The buildings themselves are falling apart, highlighting the lack of attention given to basic repairs and upkeep.

In addition to these concerns, the security company appointed to safeguard the premises has proven to be utterly useless. Despite numerous complaints from residents regarding the excessive noise and deteriorating state of the complex, their response has been nonexistent. It is deeply unsettling to feel unprotected and unsatisfied with the security measures in place, ultimately leaving us vulnerable and at risk.

To sum it up, Sydney Park in Boksburg fails to meet even the most basic expectations for a residential complex. The constant noise, disregard for cleanliness, and lackluster security measures have made this a truly regrettable living experience. I strongly advise potential tenants to seek alternative options that prioritize their comfort, tranquility, and safety.
