Staff Lunch time leads to patients waiting to be consulted.

I am writing this review sitting and waiting in the clinic to check my BP, apparently the person incharge in on lunch, which I understand but my complaint is that, what happens when the nurse goes on lunch? Does it mean patients must wait for an hour just to check BP? Why can't they have another nurse to be stand in or close the gap. I arrived here at 09h40 and it's 12h52 already, I have only been attended at the reception only. If nurses don't want to consult especially during this time of the year, I suggest that they go for holidays or close down the clinic completely. This is not on and not acceptable. Date: 29.12.2025
