Wheelchair users ,you can't stay over safely or comfortably at Kiara Lodge

I was misinformed on the website about their so- called wheelchair suite, it was up two flights of stairs! Saul was wonderful in trying to move me to a better suite, but I still had to hop to the toilet on one foot, and had a terrible night. Management didn't bother to check I was ok, and was dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely not going back there
