Poor service

Booked the King studio room for the start of my honeymoon, upon arrival that night at 23h10 I was told that our room is occupied. After 45mins to an hour of waiting we were transferred to a different room. I find it absurd given that fact that we contacted them twice one week prior to our visit to confirm our late night check in and the check out times, and this still happened. The situation was poorly handled and management didn't take any responsibility, didn't even say sorry.
