Kiara Lodge will disappoint you

If you think Kiara will accommodate you when you have a death in the family or other uncontrollable event, forget it. This was going to be my first time visiting the lodge but have a death, i asked that they please move our reservation to their next open slot and they refused. They will not make an exception and will not refund me.
