Appalling service at kiara lodge

<p>appalling unhelpful service at kiara lodge. We had booked into a unit with a fire place but upon arrival we were checked into a unit without one next to the main entrance road. After enquiring we were turned away with Jacque the manager saying it's booking.coms issue and not theirs and they cannot help any further. I will not recommend this lodge to anyone following this level of unhelpful service </p>
