Bad Service of Kiara Lodge Body Bliss Spa

I made a booking on the 26th November for full body massages for 3 people. I was called to be informed that there is no space for Saturday which was the 30th November and available time slot was on the 1st of December at 9h30. I agreed to that time and confirmed via email that the time suitable. When we arrived there and we were told that the booking was never done. Kiara came highly recommended but after the incident, I will advice otherwise. I was very dissapointed with that,
