Rip as much money off guests as possible

Do NOT book Kian's Place in Langebaan! Awful experience. A terrible start to the weekend with various additional fees, including R400 late fee for arriving 30min late due to road works, before we could get the key. Then they refused to pay the breakages deposit back because even though there is an R800 cleaning fee (yes, that's right R800 to clean a house, which is not optional) they claimed that the couches needed additional cleaning to the value of R500. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the couches, we hadn't even used them! All this when the accommodation itself was overpriced already, very average and far from the beach.
