Disgusted by the service!!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS HOSPITAL!!! The service was the worst i have ever experienced. I have been there twice. The first time I had to go to the emergency centre and they told me "sorry, we can't take you now" ..i had to go to medi clinic. the second time was today, my mother is in the emergency centre and she was vomiting all day, and litterally moaned/cried of pain in her lower stomach. The doctors and nurses where in the front making jokes and laughing, absolutely ignoring her. When i asked if someone can just come do somthing, they said "we are waiting for the results, we have one neurologist"... they have taken the tests and scans HOURS ago. What is this is life threatning??? When i asked them to help they all rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude. I am utterly disgusted by this hospital and staff. They are playing with peoples lives. No use in paying alot of money for medical aid when you get service like this in a private hospital!!!
