<p>My daughter was admitted twice in ER, July & Aug 2016 and was told they will send me statement of account. 5 months after I went to the hospital in Nov 2016 and asked if they can tell me how much do I owe the hospital so that I can pay everything since it was bonuses time. Was given an amount and paid everything "well that's what I thouht" and had a zero balance statement. Now July 2017 a year after I'm sent a statement that I owe the hospital and legal action will be taken. After a year have not been contacted by the hospital and have paid everything? I don't know what happened as I started in June said accounts lady Sindi Mnisi but you are owing mam. Queen Mnisi saying the cashier and credit controller are working with a lot of accounts and missed one of my accounts. But after a full year.....I think they are being ********** with our accounts and will never visit this hospital again. </p>
